Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PursuitOS Solo (the “Service”), provided by ExOrion LLC (“ExOrion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PursuitOS Solo is a sales workspace for independent consultants and solo sales professionals, offered on three plans: Lite (free), Pro, and Advisory. Features and limits vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

Lite plan. Free, with no credit card required. Lite includes a monthly allowance of AI-assisted actions. You can see your usage as you approach the allowance, and we may prompt you to upgrade; we do not currently interrupt AI features when the allowance is exceeded.

Pro and Advisory plans. Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. Both plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee, and billing will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or content that violates the rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into PursuitOS — your prospects, deals, notes, and related content (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-generated content. Features that draft messages, meeting notes, or recommendations use AI models and may not always be accurate or appropriate. AI-drafted outreach is never sent automatically — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent or acted upon.

6. Intellectual Property

PursuitOS, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ExOrion LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information or content provided by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExOrion LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
