Terms of Service

This website is owned and operated by ExOrion LLC (“ExOrion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms (“Terms”) which govern your use of PursuitOS Solo (the “Service”).

1. The Service

PursuitOS Solo is a sales workspace for independent consultants and solo sales professionals, offered on three plans: Lite (free), Pro, and Advisory. Features and limits vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

Lite plan. Free, with no credit card required. Lite includes a monthly allowance of AI-assisted actions. You can see your usage as you approach the allowance, and we may prompt you to upgrade; we do not currently interrupt AI features when the allowance is exceeded.

Pro and Advisory plans. Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. Both plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee, and billing will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or content that violates the rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into PursuitOS — your prospects, deals, notes, and related content (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-generated content. Features that draft messages, meeting notes, or recommendations use AI models and may not always be accurate or appropriate. AI-drafted outreach is never sent automatically — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is sent or acted upon.

6. Connecting a CRM Platform

The Service lets you connect your account to a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. HubSpot is the first supported CRM, and we may add others over time. These Terms apply to every CRM platform you connect. Connecting a CRM is optional and requires your explicit consent.

You represent that you have the right to connect your CRM account and to allow us to access and process the information in it as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of your CRM platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, and we are not responsible for the CRM platform, its availability, or its handling of your information.

The Service never sends email or messages to your contacts on your behalf. AI-generated drafts and tasks are created only when you take an explicit action, and you are responsible for reviewing them and for any action you take with them in your CRM or elsewhere.

You may disconnect a CRM platform at any time. We may suspend or end a CRM connection if the CRM platform changes or withdraws access, or if we reasonably believe the connection is being misused.

7. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in the ExOrion Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

PursuitOS, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ExOrion LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended. ExOrion may use proprietary formulas, calculations, models, software, weighting systems, algorithms, rules, classifications, databases, and methodologies to produce results.

These methods are proprietary to ExOrion.

Except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions, you may not reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, reproduce, circumvent, copy, derive, or attempt to discover ExOrion’s source code, proprietary algorithms, models, formulas, databases, weighting systems, or methodologies.

Nothing in these Terms requires ExOrion to disclose its proprietary formulas, thresholds, algorithms, partner-selection criteria, or internal business processes.

9. Copyright Protection

All aspects of our Website are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, including all design elements, text material, logos, taglines, metatags, hashtags, photographic images, personal stories, icons, video and audio clips, and downloads. No material on or provided through the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any way whatsoever. Nothing herein gives you the right to use, copy, register as a domain name, reproduce, or otherwise display any logo, tagline, trademark, trade name, copyrighted material, trade dress, trade secret, or other proprietary or confidential information owned by ExOrion. Commercial use of such information is strictly prohibited, except as provided otherwise in these Terms.

Subject to your continued strict compliance with all Terms, ExOrion provides to you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicenseable, non-transferrable license to use the Website. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any material protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use or attempt to use the Website in any unlawful manner. You further agree not to commit any unlawful act or attempt to commit any unlawful act on or through the Website including but not limited to: (1) hacking and other digital or physical attacks on the Website; (2) publishing vulgar, obscene, or defamatory material; or (3) any other unlawful act.

10. Third-Party Services

ExOrion may use or link to third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, communications, CRM connections, and other functionality.

Third parties, including any CRM platform you connect, operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. ExOrion is not responsible for third-party products, pricing, availability, security practices, content, contractual obligations, or actions.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

ExOrion does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may conduct maintenance, security updates, or other changes.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information or content provided by the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExOrion LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold ExOrion and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful content you submit.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. General Provisions

(a) In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and any license agreement you enter into with ExOrion LLC, the terms of such license agreement shall control.

(b) These Terms of Use shall be construed neither against nor in favor of any party, but rather in accordance with the fair meaning of the language hereof. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the balance hereof.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
